Has a mentor inspired your professional journey? The IUGA/EUGA Joint Meeting is the perfect time to recognize their impact with the Honor Your Mentor Award. By nominating your mentor, you also support FIUGA, advancing IUGA’s charitable and academic initiatives.
The Honored Mentor Award was created as a means for members to show their appreciation and gratitude for the unwavering support, guidance, and lasting impact their mentor(s) have had on their careers. In addition to honoring an outstanding mentor in the field of urogynecology, the award supports and fosters the mission of FIUGA.
Tax Deductible Contribution of $250
- Mentor will receive a letter on FIUGA letterhead reflecting the recognition (names of all donors will be included in the letter)
Tax Deductible Contribution of $500
- Mentor will receive a letter on FIUGA letterhead reflecting the recognition (names of all donors will be included in the letter)
- Mentor will receive a Certificate
Tax Deductible Contribution of $750
- Mentor will receive a letter on FIUGA letterhead reflecting the recognition (names of all donors will be included in the letter)
- A plaque will be presented to the Mentor at the Award Ceremony during the IUGA Annual Meeting
